We ship all orders within 1 business day. However, during high volume times such as special events and sales, orders may be delayed.  You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the item is shipped.

We ship the products from Grande Prairie Alberta.

It usually takes 1-4 business to get to local or neighboring provinces (AB, SK, MB, BC), and 4-6 business days to get to farther ones (NB, QC, ON, NS, PEI).  If your address is in an outskirt area, or northern province (YT, NU, NT) it may take a little longer, or even up to 7-14 business days.
